
Marketing & Events Manager (Central West, Fashion) (ID: 667062)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to execute the annual marketing and event calendar, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Set clear marketing goals and KPIs, managing the allocated budget alongside internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive integrated marketing and communication plan, tailored to enhance customer journey touchpoints and drive in-store traffic.
- Partner with content and social media teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and channels, ensuring alignment with company identity and values.
- Oversee customer engagement initiatives, including effective email communications, eDMs, e-lookbooks, and more.
- Build strategic partnerships with aligned brands to expand our audience and reach new customer segments.
- Plan and execute brand events and marketing activations to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Create and implement commercial action plans aimed at business growth, targeting key customer segments such as locals, tourists, and specific product categories (e.g., slow movers, seasonal items).
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to provide valuable feedback for product development and positioning.
- Work closely with the retail team to design in-store activities and events that foster strong customer engagement and enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Solid understanding of marketing and social media strategies, with hands-on experience in both areas.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on performance metrics.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
