
Retail Area Manager - Fashion / RETAIL - S$4500
The role will support day-to-day operational needs and be involved in executing new initiatives/ processes together with the retail teams.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of retail action plans to achieve target sales
- Extract, consolidate and analyze quantitative and qualitative sales reports
- Monitor operation status (retail KPIS, CRM) of stores and provide recommendations/ solutions to improve retail operation
- Communicate all operational policies and procedures to store teams in a thorough and timely manner and together with the Store Managers, ensure that all operational matters are compliant to company's policies and guidelines
- Support in the planning, organization and collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors on boutique renovation, relocation and new store openings
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail operations, with strong analytical and retail mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle data crunching, report writing and workflow improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written format
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office functions like Excel, PowerPoint and Word
