What the role is:You are part of a team that contributes towards the shaping and building of desired safety culture within MINDEF/Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).What you will be working on:- Create and disseminate accident prevention products and collaterals - Manage digital and social media content - Reach out to both new and existing members of RSAF to ensure content creation, intention and alignment of purpose behind these accident prevention products or collaterals to achieve desired buy-in by the receivers - Manage online communities and social media presence in social media accounts and required platforms - Develop and implement strategies in dissemination Challenge(s) - Grasping ongoing developments in the media environment - Formulating effective communication plans on Accident Prevention - Adopting new technologies, platforms and methodologies to enhance communications effortsWhat we are looking for:- Education in Mass Communications and Media or Psychology is preferred - Team player mindset - Strong visual sense - Detail-oriented approach - Good articulation skills - Critical thinking abilities - Innovative mindset - Interest in Current affairs, military matters and defence-related topics (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
