Regional Director APAC | Pet Nutraceuticals
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director for our client, a global leader in the premium Pet Nutraceuticals sector. This role will oversee the management and growth of APAC distributors, with a high level of travel (up to 70%) across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with distributors across APAC, driving sales growth through the introduction and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential distributors in untapped markets, ensuring successful market entry and alignment with regional sales goals.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and in-field guidance to distributors, enhancing their sales performance and ensuring consistent alignment with company standards.
- Represent the company at major industry exhibitions and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and generating new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of Sales or Key Account Management experience in a regional role, preferably within the Pet, FMCG or related industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful distributor networks.
- Strong ability to travel frequently within the APAC region (70% travel expected).
