We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to support client servicing, assist in campaign execution, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all project components. This role calls for a proactive and resourceful individual who can manage both administrative and operational tasks with efficiency and precision.
Job scope
1. Project Coordination:
- Support the end-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from brief to delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
2. Client Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients on assigned projects and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Communicate updates, timelines, and deliverables clearly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and meeting recaps.
3. Creative Team Collaboration
- Liaise with creative teams to brief them on project requirements, timelines, and client feedback.
- Ensure the creative output aligns with client objectives
- Coordinate internal reviews and facilitate feedback loops between clients and creatives.
4. Reporting & Optimisation
- Compile and deliver post-campaign reports, performance summaries, and insights.
- Contribute to the development of recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to analyse results and identify areas for optimisation.
5. Administrative Support
- Assists the Account Manager in business support and management
- Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities when required
We're looking for someone with..
- 0-2 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination.
- Familiarity with project management/experience in account servicing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and internal teams
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn and grow within an agency environment.
