Regional Finance Manager - Retail MNC/Town/S$8500

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and consolidate financial statements for the region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while tracking performance against targets.
• Manage month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and accruals.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with regional teams and HQ to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and align financial policies.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing regional finance team while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and compliance in a multinational or regional setting.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SEA markets and cultures; proficiency in English is required
• Experience in retail industries (fashion, apparel, footwear, or cosmetics) preferred.
