Front Office Support Consultant
Detailed Job Description
1. Strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined, and detailed procedures (must have)
2. Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues.
3. Work with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and their processes.
4. Perform triages to keep updated on the daily issues and as well to prioritize the issues
Key responsiblities
The SCD Front Office Resource will be responsible for doing production support for TS/BidFX.
- Perform heath checks for both systems.
- Work closely with vendors and business.
- Enable broker onboarding
- Support incidents
- Support enhancements.
- Co-ordinate with various IT teams to ensure systems are up and running as per SOP.
- Participate in DR and BCP activities.
- Participate in Audit and yearly upgrades
- skill requirments:
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate (Preferably graduated in IT)
Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in application/production support
Knowledge and skills (general and technical
- Experience in supporting third party and internal Applications.
- Experience in trading applications (Trading Screen, BidFX) or other Trade Execution systems
- Monitoring batches
- Broker /LP onboarding
- FIX knowledge
- Business domain knowledge of equities /FX/derivatives
- Can write SQL queries for troubleshooting.
- Trade flow and compliance knowledge.
- Have worked with external vendors and business users.
- Knowledge of ITIL process
- Domain knowledge of Financial Asset Classes (Equity, Bond, FX)
