Responsibilities

  • To offer administrative and secretarial support to a team of Sales managers/Executives.
  • To prepare quotations for the sales team.
  • Request and negotiate quotations from suppliers.
  • Compile and organize pricing documents for easy reference by the sales team.
  • Organize and manage daily filing of sales-related documents, ensuring smooth access and retrieval.
  • Preparation and compilation of pre-and-post-tender documentation and correspondence.
  • To upkeep sales records and ad hoc data entries.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, suppliers, and clients, ensuring seamless communication for project success.
  • To assist in checking purchase orders to ensure the accuracy of procurement quantity, finishes, and types of furniture ordered.
  • Ensure all required items are ordered.
  • Assist with tracking project progress, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and installations are coordinated as scheduled.
  • Coordinate mock-up arrangements with the project team.
  • To assist in issuing mock-up Delivery and Collection Orders, and arranging transportation.
