Senior Manager (Team Lead) -2 years contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the team to meet programme objectives.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline permit application, review, and issuance.
• Liaise with regulators and other stakeholders on policy updates, compliance requirements, and audits.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring timely processing of permits.
• Handle escalated cases or disputes related to permit issuance.
• Prepare and submit regular operational and compliance reports to the regulator.
• Identify training needs and provide guidance to the team.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards within the office's operations.

Requirements

• Degree, preferably in occupational safety and health or related fields;
• Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to WSH in the manufacturing environment preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal and good people management skills;
• Self-motivated, strong ability to exercise initiative, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to plan and execute safety promotion events and activities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); and
• Possess good written and oral communication skills.
