  • Manage and oversee BUILDING WORK maintenance term contracts for a portfolio of properties in Singapore.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for each property to ensure optimal functioning and appearance.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to optimize costs and ensure compliance with financial goals.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to required standards.
  • Establish strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to property maintenance and management.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities, budget performance, and property condition for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in BUILDING maintenance management/term contracts.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and contract management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.

- Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.

- Able to start work immediately
