Job Summary:

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and growing the hotel’s e-commerce platform, driving online sales, and optimizing conversion rates. This hands-on role involves launching digital products, managing online promotions, and ensuring seamless guest experiences through the hotel’s online store. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and commercially focused, with experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales optimization.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

E-commerce Platform Setup & Management

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the hotel’s online store for seamless guest shopping experiences.

• Ensure smooth payment processing, checkout flow, and mobile-friendly design.

• Regularly update product listings, pricing, and promotional offers.

Digital Sales & Revenue Growth

• Launch and sell exclusive online packages (e.g., staycations, F&B deals, gift vouchers).

• Optimize product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics to boost online revenue.

• Monitor and improve conversion rates, cart abandonment, and online customer journeys.

Marketing & Customer Acquisition

• Work closely with the marketing team to run email campaigns, social media ads, and Google Ads to drive traffic to the store.

• Implement SEO and paid strategies to improve visibility and attract high-intent buyers.

• Set up remarketing campaigns to engage potential customers and increase conversion rates.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Track Google Analytics, e-commerce dashboard metrics, and ad performance to measure success.

• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and promotions to maximize ROI.

• Provide regular reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing performance.

Customer Experience & Operations Support

• Ensure seamless fulfillment of online purchases, working with relevant departments.

• Manage customer inquiries related to e-commerce transactions.

• Work with internal teams (F&B, Rooms, Events) to align online sales with operational execution.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.

• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital ad management to drive traffic and sales.

• Tech-savvy with basic HTML, CMS experience, and digital marketing tools.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or related field preferred.
