Responsibilities:
- Acquire and grow New-to-Bank (NTB) relationships with small business clients
- Cross-sell a suite of banking solutions to meet diverse financial needs
- Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through proactive engagement
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and protect the Bank’s interests
- Provide exceptional service that earns customer trust and loyalty
Requirements:
- Local diploma holder
- 2 years of relevant sales/acquisition experience in banking sales with a proven sales track record
- Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to win and close deals
- Knowledge of business financing, credit underwriting, and mortgage principles
- Ability to navigate customer due diligence (FATCA) and risk management
- A deep understanding of market competition to position our products effectively
