- Support Product Managers in managing user engagement by developing strategies and plans to engage internal and external stakeholders for product launches, adoption, awareness, and education.
- Optimise team efficiency by minimising unnecessary meetings and ensuring required updates are well-structured and productive.
- Source or develop prototypes and proof-of-concept apps in collaboration with UX, Product and technical teams.
- At least one year of relevant experience, ideally in a product-focused organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A solid understanding of the roles and responsibilities within product teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, QA, DevOps, and Marketers.
- Proven familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale software systems, from initial design and technical development through deployment and user delivery.
- Strong grasp of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis, insights generation, and familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data visualisation platforms.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP) is preferred.
- Design skills and experience with design tools are a plus.
- Hands-on experience in front-end development technologies, scripting languages, or rapid prototyping frameworks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technical platforms and infrastructure (e.g. vercel), will be a strong advantage.
