
Executive (Contract, ANCHOR)
Anchor is a pilot programme working towards optimising the health and overall well-being of children from vulnerable families who are exposed to challenging circumstances or traumatic events, through a coordinated system of support.
The candidate is required to provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Department and performs liaison functions between departments/services in the hospital so as to facilitate communication and action. You will also be managing the day-to-day administrative duties and secretarial support activities of the office.
Requirements
- Degree with 2 years or Diploma with 8 years' healthcare or administrative experience
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous with good organization and coordination skills
- Possess high level of initiative, must be a team player, able to multitask and to meet tight deadlines regularly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Keen interest and passionate in the healthcare industry
