  • Assist in managing client relationships and handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient transaction processing and client service.
  • Gain a thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services to help RMs deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Handle account openings, transactions and investment orders accurately and promptly.
  • Address client inquiries professionally and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform client due diligence, maintain accurate records assist with portfolio reviews and provide market insights to enhance client portfolios.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in private banking and/or wealth management.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients across the ASEAN region.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
