
Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
Perform Quantity Take-off and understanding of requirements in each tender that meet client’s expectation.
Evaluate and recommend the award of construction contracts.
Participate in on-site and consultant meetings, collaborating with clients, architects, and associate consultants for effective project administration.
Assist the Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
Prepare valuations, pricing, and agreements of contract variations, process claims, and monitor project cash flows.
Verify subcontractors’/suppliers’ monthly progressive claims, obtain approval, and prepare payment certificates.
Prepare and submit monthly payment claims to project owner.
Review and revise contract terms and conditions as necessary.
Call for quotations, prepare, and compile tender documents.
Evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender clarification questions.
Attend tender interviews as required.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or built environment industry.
- Highly motivated individual with strong confidence, drive, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized and able to perform under pressure.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
