Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

• Develop and implement growth-focused digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

• Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and strategic link-building.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms) to ensure high ROI.

• Build and nurture an engaged online community through social media, influencer collaborations, and direct customer interactions.

• Analyze data and key performance metrics to refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and improve marketing performance.

• Develop compelling, high-converting marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

E-Commerce & Website Optimization

• Take ownership of e-commerce strategy planning and execution.

• Oversee website design, functionality, and UX/UI to enhance customer experience and maximize conversions.

• Work closely with web developers, UX/UI experts, and designers to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

• Manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms to drive online sales.

• Monitor sales performance, website analytics, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead email marketing initiatives by creating targeted campaigns that drive engagement and repeat purchases.

• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to amplify digital advertising and promotional efforts.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and e-commerce industry standards.

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record in scaling online businesses.

• Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms.

• Experience in conversion rate optimization, online sales funnels, and e-commerce best practices.
