The client is one of the largest Global glass manufacturers. The company operates across the Asia-Pacific region and is involved in various businesses related to glass, chemicals, energy, electronics and semiconductor.

The Electronics Division has primarily focused on business development within the Semiconductor and Electronics industries and has recently expanded into the food and textile sectors. Additionally, we are further growing our presence in Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia. As a collaborative team, we strive to achieve long-term, ambitious goals.

The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and creativity to develop effective proposals for existing clients while driving new business development.

The Job

• Drive sales and marketing of materials to semiconductor and electronics manufacturers.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while overseeing account management teams.

• Conduct market research and 3C analysis to assess the semiconductor market in Southeast Asia and develop strategic sales initiatives.

• Prepare and present monthly sales reports, including actual performance, forecasts, and budgets, to the head office.

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region.

• Take initiative and proactively engage in networking to identify new business opportunities.

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field.

• 6 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.

• Highly sales-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.

• Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach.

• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market.

• Open to Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents only.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Prior experience or familiarity with Japanese multinational companies is preferred.
