Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues within the company, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Maintain and monitor the company’s servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
  • Provide support for software-related issues on server and cloud platforms, resolving problems and assisting users as needed.
  • Oversee all aspects of cybersecurity within the organization, including but not limited to firewalls, network security, and data protection.
  • Manage and implement email security measures to protect against phishing, spam, and other cyber threats.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ensure the company’s IT infrastructure aligns with business needs.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, solutions, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of server management and cloud-based software support.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including email security.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work from our office located in Tuas South, Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific cloud platforms
  • Certifications in IT support or cybersecurity
  • Familiar IT management frameworks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
