Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues within the company, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.
- Maintain and monitor the company’s servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
- Provide support for software-related issues on server and cloud platforms, resolving problems and assisting users as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of cybersecurity within the organization, including but not limited to firewalls, network security, and data protection.
- Manage and implement email security measures to protect against phishing, spam, and other cyber threats.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure the company’s IT infrastructure aligns with business needs.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, solutions, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of server management and cloud-based software support.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including email security.
- Familiarity with IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work from our office located in Tuas South, Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific cloud platforms
- Certifications in IT support or cybersecurity
- Familiar IT management frameworks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
