This role will contribute to increase global eFX franchise flow and monetising the flows using eFX engines on VaR reduction basis. You will also work closely with Systematic Quants to drive customisation and performance of pricing and distribution engines.Role Type: Permanent, Full TimeWhat will your day look like?Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Work closely with eFICC team in designing, developing, reviewing and implementing models in response to customer needs. Proactively identify opportunities especially in NDF.
  • Using data analytics to optimise client configurations, engage sales and principle risk traders to drive consistent competitive pricing in growing both eFX franchise flows and overall FX revenue.
  • Work closely with Sales teams and voice traders to ensure consistent, competitive and timely pricing to internal and external customers in G10 and NDF.
  • Collaboration with Sales to grow “e-sales” promoting client self-services in FX.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partnerships, stakeholders and platforms.
  • Effectively manage benchmark and algo business. Work with Systematic quants and developers to drive further automation and enhancement to these products.
  • Accountable and decision maker in price skews, clients pricing and hedging strategies in eFX engines.
  • Manage FX positions within approved limits and compliance with all internal and external policies, mandates and requirements.
  • Manage the eFX spot and NDF risks and optimize our hedging strategies.
  • Ensure rollout of e-capabilities and platforms are in compliant with internal governance framework and change management process.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
  • Extensive FX background, with knowledge in eFX offering.
  • Sound knowledge of eFX markets and products - inclusive of technologies to enhance capabilities in Spot, Forwards, and NDFs.
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external clients and negotiating with clients and stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.
  • Ability to conduct analysis on large amounts of market tick data and client flow for post trade analysis of model performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of FX regulatory framework requirements and Global FX Code of Conduct, with sound technical knowledge and experience.
