  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

key responsibilities:

  • Ensure tenants comply with lease terms.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding complaints, operational feedback, and leasing issues.
  • Analyze tenants' sales data for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure property tax aligns with agreed rental terms.
  • Monitor and evaluate tenant performance.
  • Assist the Central Leasing team with lease management and administrative tasks.

qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in Real Estate / Building Management
  • Min 5 years of experience in lease management for retail malls
  • Prior experience in tenancy management
