Production Support Lead
Job Description:
As a Production Services Lead, you will oversee the availability and maintenance scheduling for five key production domains, including Consumer Online, Mobile Banking, Payments, and Merchant Services. These systems support over 69 million customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Change Management: Review, approve, or deny maintenance and change requests to minimize unplanned customer impact. Ensure system availability during updates.
- Deployment & Release Coordination: Prepare deployment instructions, manage code releases, and support emergency deployments in collaboration with Release Management.
- Incident & Escalation Management: Act as an escalation point for high-impact issues, coordinating with leadership and technical teams to resolve disruptions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with application, network, and infrastructure teams to schedule updates, manage outages, and ensure smooth operations.
- Traffic & Capacity Management: Oversee datacenter network traffic and ensure systems have adequate capacity for uninterrupted service.
- Vendor & Compliance Coordination: Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to align on infrastructure updates, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports on change progress, document processes, and communicate updates to senior leadership.
