Corporate Communications Lead (Fixed-1 year Contract)

Purpose of the Role:
This position will support in building and protecting the company's reputation, cultivating trust, and ensuring accurate and efficient internal and external communication.
You will play a critical role in designing effective communication strategies to foster a positive brand reputation in the healthcare industry. Ensuring customers and patients, as well as ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Expectations of the Role:
- Own, shape and strengthen the Zuellig Pharma corporate / brand identity at market level in line with our purpose and overall organization strategy, by driving reputation management and brand governance.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders including senior management team, employees, media, clients, customers and other governing bodies / associations connected to our business and people agenda.
- Work closely with BU and Department Heads / Senior Leaders to identify, prioritize and manage third-party endorsement opportunities for strong and accurate brand posturing e.g. media engagement, award submissions, speaking engagements / conferences, case studies with partners.
- Guide the creation of creative and consistent corporate collaterals including brochures, newsletters, factsheets, profiles etc. for effective engagement with stakeholders, for teams to localize.
- Drive employee engagement through adapted and local campaigns and initiatives, to manage morale and reinforce organizational values.
- Support the Corporate team in driving internal forums and mechanisms for engagement e.g. Townhalls, BU meetings, employee surveys.
- Support the organization in Crisis Management, as Crisis Communications authority aligning closely between Hub and Spoke.
- Align closely with internal and external stakeholders for every order of business, for a streamlined approach between Hub and Spoke.
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing or Management).
- Comms experience of at least 8 years.
- Comms experience defined – in the areas of Corporate Communications, and / or Marketing Communications.
Advantage to Have:
- Pharma background an advantage but not compulsory.
- Experience working with external communications / PR agencies.
- Crisis communications knowledge / experience.
