HR Matters
- Conduct New Employee Orientation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, CVs, and leave records.
- Arrange accommodation for foreign employees and update their residential addresses with MOM.
- Manage travel arrangements and levy claims for foreign employees.
- Renew various insurances (work injury, public liability, foreign worker medical, etc.).
- Organize social and recreational activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Coordinate training programs, registrations, and grant applications.
IT Matters
- Prepare IT equipment for new hires and handle office IT issues.
- Maintain CCTV functionality and server upkeep.
- Arrange for computer and office equipment repairs.
Office Vehicles
- Renew insurance and road tax.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Administration
- Ensure office rules are followed for a safe work environment.
- Oversee office cleanliness and pantry supplies.
- Plan and execute company events.
- Maintain office premises and stationery.
- Manage ISO and Bizsafe certifications and grant submissions.
Other
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma Level and above
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
