Oversee IT asset inventory, backup solutions (Veeam, Synology, AWS), and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Deploy and configure desktops, servers, and critical network security settings using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
Establish and manage network infrastructure, including physical-to-virtual transitions, and monitor L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls.
Provide advanced IT support, perform root cause analysis, and manage IT service requests via ITSM platforms.
Implement security measures, monitor firewall logs, conduct audits, and manage endpoint protection solutions.
Maintain and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure, backup solutions, and evaluate cloud-based security tools.
Automate IT monitoring, reporting, and self-service workflows to improve operational efficiency.
