The Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of all cluster of clinics and lead the clinical staff in delivering excellent patient care. He/ She is also responsible for the clinic performance and cost management of the clinic(s).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient day-to-day running of the clinics with assistance from Cluster manager(s) and Clinic Manager(s)/Supervisor(s) who reports directly to the Area Manager/Assistant Area Manager
- Handle impromptu events or staff matters within the clinics when the clinic manager/supervisor is unable to resolve the matter(s)
- Create, review and implement Operation SOPs
- Conduct Audits Supervise, check and monitor the compliance of SOP and accuracy of work by all staff in the clinics
- Guide and approve monthly duty roster planned by the clinic managers/supervisors
- Manage staff leaves, over-time claims to ensure healthy labour distribution
- Audit group level procurement and manage wastages
- Coordinate and facilitate company-level initiatives with clinic managers/supervisors and ensure effective implementation and compliance
- Prepare and analyse group statistics and performance reports and propose viable growth strategies
- Ability to create internal marketing initiatives to increase clinic revenue efficiencies
- Work closely with doctors for operational compliance, marketing initiatives, etc
- Ensure all areas of work are audit-ready by external parties/departments
- Leads, trains and motivates staff by working closely with Academy team
- Actively work with clinic team to achieve service excellence and increase clinic overall productivity
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Manage clinic corporate image, actively propose maintenance work required, execute or supervise process and progress as required
- Able to provide support and cross cover at all levels, departments, etc
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned to him/ her.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or any related fields
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory/managerial role preferably in Healthcare, Retail or F&B industry
- Good communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skills
- Strong integrity and professionalism
- People Development and training experience
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
