Job DescriptionAs part of the Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) team, you will play a supporting but integral role in running our cybersecurity and phishing campaigns.This role presents an exciting opportunity to learn and work with our IT and cybersecurity professionals in the RDC team in supporting our member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region. You will be able to experience and learn how to design and execute an end-to-end Phishing Simulation and Training program from conceptualisation, design, executing, analysing and presenting the outcomes to our member firms.As an intern, you will be supporting the team with various tasks including but not limited to:
  • Working with the Director or his delegate to perform validation of phishing campaign results for member firms in the ASPAC region.
  • To ensure that all data tally with inputs from each member firms (e.g. no. of users) vs total results from phishing campaign.
  • To visualise the results in PowerBI and/or check that the visualisations tie to the raw data results.
  • Assist to coordinate the execution of the phishing campaigns with our vendor (based on instruction and guidance from the Phishing campaign coordinator).
  • Assist in checking or editing powerpoint presentations prior to our member firm briefings.
  • Attend member firm briefings or vendor meetings at the discretion of the Director.
The individual should be:
  • Candidate should be pursuing an IT qualification in the University (or in the polytechnic) preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year of studies, with a module or specialisation in cybersecurity.
  • Articulate and good in communications. Knowledge of phishing in the cybersecurity domain will be useful though not mandatory.
  • Conversant in excel skills. Working knowledge of PowerBi will be an advantage.
  • Keen to learn and willing to take on additional work.
