Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will:

  • Liaise with the senior management team to conceptualize and implement Learning & Development strategies and oversee the efficient execution.
  • Strengthen strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the business objectives of a learning organization by focusing on curation of curriculum, L&D roadmap etc.
  • Drive for a future-ready workforce via innovation, technology and value creation tools.
  • People management role to oversee effective and efficient execution of L&D strategies, and mentoring skillset.


The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, HR a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of L&D experience with extensive people management experience. Experience working in the public sector or healthcare organization would be preferred.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with C-level executives on effective stakeholder management.
  • High level of energy and resilience as this has traditionally been done in an unstructured and informal manner.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
