Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and support our growth efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and sales. As a part of our Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, and sales strategy, and contribute to the company’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Assist in lead generation and outreach activities, including email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
- Support the sales team in identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging sales collateral and presentations.
- Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer information.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new growth strategies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, and technology sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferred but not required).
