The Trust Officer (TO) is responsible for managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring efficient administration, compliance, and high-quality client service. Key Responsibilities
- Administer Directed and Discretionary Trusts in compliance with policies.
- Act as a primary contact for Settlors, Beneficiaries, and Stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, AML/KYC adherence, and risk management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in corporate systems.
- Conduct trust onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Collaborate with RMs and internal teams to deliver top-tier client service.
- Present trust-related matters to fiduciary committees and senior management.
- Prior experience in Trust Administration preferred.
- Strong knowledge of trust law, company law, and governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related field; TEP certification preferred.
