  • Liaise with clinic staff, patients, and external partners to enhance the patient experience and optimize service coordination.
  • Handle escalated patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a resolution that aligns with company service standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop patient-centric initiatives and improve satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinic operations, or healthcare administrative setting
  • Experience in SCMS and OTS systems will be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with no prior supervisory experience but possess potential leadership skills will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 7 am-4 pm / 10 am-7 pm) and alternate Saturdays.
  • Service-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
