Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor Business Operations Associates, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Provide guidance and training to new and existing team members to maintain service excellence.

- Identify process improvements and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Liaise with clinic staff, patients, and external partners to enhance the patient experience and optimize service coordination.
- Handle escalated patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a resolution that aligns with company service standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop patient-centric initiatives and improve satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in clinic operations, or healthcare administrative setting
- Experience in SCMS and OTS systems will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with no prior supervisory experience but possess potential leadership skills will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 7 am-4 pm / 10 am-7 pm) and alternate Saturdays.
- Service-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
