Job Description:
- Reports to Project Manager and functional reporting to Corporate (SHE) Department
- Lead WSHO for the Project
- Carry out duties of a WSHO as stated in legislations and LTA requirements
- Manage and lead (SHE) team, and drive the project (SHE) system
- Ensure timely follow up to (SHE) matters raised by management and authority
- Work with diverse project team to coordinate on (SHE) matters and ensure construction works and (SHE) compliance are aligned
- Responsible for authority queries for (SHE) NCs
- Upkeep and maintain project (SHE) Documents
- Carry out contractual and other implementations as required in the project regards to compliance
- Carry out all operational duties relevant to the scope of SHE
- Liaise with other departments and vendors for (SHE) resources
Requirements
- Experience in large scale civil infrastructure projects with LTA
- Degree in (SHE) with 5 years practical experience/Specialist Diploma in WSH with 2 LTA projects completed/Other technical degree with 3 years practical experience in LTA Project
- Practicing WSHO with ECO and ECMO license
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office
- Able to Function under high work pressure, fast paced and heavy industry environment
- Willing to commit to work as key project team member and high responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and willingness to explore new ideas and technology for (SHE)
