Senior Sales Manager (Business Solution/ Equipment)

  • Responsible for supervision of the business equipment sales division.
  • Manage recruitment, manpower planning, coaching and performance management of the sales team.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of sales activities in local market to achieve sales objectives.
  • Assists the Sales General Manager in formulating of strategic objectives and setting of forecast and/ or performance metrics for Business Equipment sales division.
  • Review the weekly forecast and sales performance
  • Maintain existing client accounts, and grow the client relationships to achieve high levels of success and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver valuable service offerings to clients.

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 8 years of sales and business development experience within a similar industry with experience in management of team.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and/or business development.
  • Good account management and client relationship management skills.
  • Keen business acumen, with an understanding of business and sales strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment or on challenging projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct convincing presentations and influence decisions.

Salary: Up to $7K + incentive
