  • Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 9am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process inquiries and enter customer orders
  • Develop positive and productive relationship with assigned accounts and serve as point person/expert on specific customers’ needs
  • Provide customer service for accounts and interact with customers via email, fax and telephone
  • Monitor and assist in maintenance of general and custom and market inventory and make appropriate recommendations to Manager and Outside Sales person.
  • Maintain effective working relationship with Outside Sales person and all other cross-functional personnel
  • Adhere to all company policy, procedures and work rules
  • Perform special assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering is preferred.
  • SAP or ERP experience will be a added advantage
  • Experience/knowledge in dealing with Industrial/Engineered Products will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2years relevant work experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
