Key Responsibility

The Order Fulfilment Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing. The role involves end-to-end order fulfilment, from order entry, follow up with factories on deliveries and works with Supply Chain Department to ensure order completion.

This position is based in Singapore and is part of the Operation Excellence Department-Operation Support Team, reporting to the Team Lead.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

Collaborative & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless order process flow.
  • Act as the main point of contact for order handling-related inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, building strong relationships and addressing complaints effectively.

Order Processing & Coordination

  • Manage and process orders for MRO, Projects.
  • Ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered into the system and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Report running to ensure processed orders have transferred to relevant factories.
  • Handling any issues that arise during the order process.
  • Coordinate with factories for order amendments and related follow-ups.
  • Monitor order status and proactively address potential delays and advising customers & Sales of delivery delay notifications.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and meeting process indicators.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic or Engineering-related discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order fulfillment or a similar role.
  • Experience in Instrumentation, Automation, or Control Engineering environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Systematic, meticulous, and highly organized.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
