Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct on-site service visits and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Be available for overseas travel at short notice for service assignments.

Requirements:
- Minimum ITE in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in an electronics or mechanical-related job.
- Candidates with no experience but relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving ability, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel overseas on short notice for service assignments.
