Job Scope

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Forecast sales performance and set quarterly and annual sales goals for the region.
  • Proactive and continuous engagement with all stake holders in the region.
  • Is a good team player and regularly exchanges information with country sales heads.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to reporting manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
  • Address customer/country specific needs and come up with solutions.to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales volume, revenue, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product management/development, to align sales strategies for execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct market research together with country organisations, to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Identify emerging market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives.

Requirement

  • Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of sales/marketing experience in industrial sales
