Job Scope
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve strategic initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Forecast sales performance and set quarterly and annual sales goals for the region.
- Proactive and continuous engagement with all stake holders in the region.
- Is a good team player and regularly exchanges information with country sales heads.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to reporting manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
- Address customer/country specific needs and come up with solutions.to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales volume, revenue, and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product management/development, to align sales strategies for execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research together with country organisations, to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Identify emerging market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives.
Requirement
- Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
- 3 - 5 years of sales/marketing experience in industrial sales
