As the business owner of our offering portfolio, you’ll create solutions that drive market growth, improve margins, and delight our customers. Representing the voice of the customer, you’ll ensure KONE’s offerings are competitive and impactful throughout their lifecycle.Are you ready to make a real difference in building solutions? Join us, and here’s what you’ll do:Your Responsibilities:1. Strategic Vision & RoadmapsCo-create and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for go-to-market offerings with key stakeholders.Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and competitor insights to shape solutions.2. Offering Development & DeploymentDefine and lead deployment strategies to ensure competitiveness and customer alignment across building lifecycles.Drive the holistic competitiveness of offerings, including products, services, and tools.Ensure measurable targets (e.g., sustainability, customer satisfaction) and track performance.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product development targets and resolve cross-offering challenges.Align with supply chain and area teams to ensure readiness for global and local releases.Guide and coach regional leaders to ensure smooth execution and lifecycle management of offerings.4. Go-to-Market & Business ImpactDefine winning strategies to position offerings effectively with clear value propositions and competitive pricing.Lead deployment efforts, secure full-chain readiness, and oversee early customer case success.Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring timely action and escalations where needed.5. Leadership & GovernanceEstablish and oversee governance models to support offering deployment and compliance with market standards.Provide support and coaching to area and frontline teams to deliver on deployment plans and KPIs.Continuously improve deployment approaches and ensure benefits realization.Are you the one?
