
Senior Counsellor / Senior Social Worker
FAM@FSC (Lakeside Family Services – Jurong East) aims to achieve healthy family functioning as well as establish stability and self-reliance among families and children. We support individuals, couples and families who are facing distress and conflicts due to family-related issues through counselling services, and we conduct divorce support services for those impacted by divorce issues.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling support for individuals & families facing issues relating to family
- relationship, marriage or divorce
- Conduct intervention programmes and services for families and children who are
- impacted by divorce
- Support practice research and evaluation efforts
- Conduct clinical and administrative supervision
- Assess supervisees’ training needs and enhance their professional growth
- Support in implementation of FAM@FSC’s practice standards and processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with families or children
- Certificate in Supervision (or equivalent) is an added advantage
