As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic and innovative Community & Social Engagement Executive to lead our brand presence, foster engagement, and build a thriving user community.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the product planning, design, and iteration of the company's app, enhancing user experience and key business metrics;

2. Deeply understand user needs, analyze market trends, formulate product strategies, and drive implementation;

3. Design product features and interaction flows, write PRD documents, and collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery;

4. Continuously optimize products based on data analysis and user feedback to improve key metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion rates;

5. Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors and user behavior, explore innovative product opportunities, and enhance market competitiveness;

6. Engage in cross-departmental communication and collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology teams to maximize product value.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as an Internet product manager, with mandatory experience in ToC app products. Experience in 0 to 1 development or large-scale growth is preferred;

2. Strong product mindset with the ability to accurately identify user needs and translate them into effective product solutions;

3. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using tools like SQL, Google Analytics (GA), and AppsFlyer;

4. Strong awareness of interaction design and user experience, with a keen eye for UI/UX details;

5. Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to independently lead the design and development of complex product modules;

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate with technology, operations, and marketing teams to drive product implementation;

7. Stay updated on industry trends, with a sharp market sense and the ability to quickly respond to market changes;

8. Experience in social, e-commerce, or content apps is preferred;

9. Experience in growth hacking and commercialization is a plus;

10. Experience in AI, AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content), and recommendation algorithms is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
