Job Summary

The Student Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to drive student enrollment for the institute of higher learning and overseas education programmes. This role involves collaborating with students, parents, educational institutions, sub-agents, and marketing teams to promote our products and services offerings, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a targeted student recruitment plan for both local and overseas markets.
  • Identify and engage with international student recruitment channels to promote our partner institutions' programme.
  • Manage lead generation and conversion through digital and offline recruitment channels.
  • Oversee student inquiry handling and ensure a seamless application and enrollment process.

2. Market Development & Partnerships

  • Establish and maintain relationships with education agents, school counselors, and corporate partners to expand the student recruitment network.
  • Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to different markets.
  • Represent SagePaths and subsidaries at education fairs, open houses, and networking events locally and internationally.

3. Enrollment & Student Support

  • Guide prospective students and parents on course selection, entry requirements, visa applications, and career pathways.
  • Track and analyze student recruitment performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance student experience, retention, and success strategies.

4. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Set and monitor recruitment targets and KPIs for student enrollment.
  • Prepare regular reports on student applications, conversions, and market trends.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine recruitment strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or international education marketing.
  • Strong understanding of higher education trends, international student mobility, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with students, parents, and institutional partners.
  • Ability to work independently, travel internationally, and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data-driven recruitment strategies is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required in order to communicate with mandarin speaking families.
