Job Description

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of asset performance reports, tracking income, expenses, and key financial and performance metrics.
  • Analyze rental income and operating expenses trends.
  • Support in the preparation of presentations and reports for investors and senior management.


Market Research

  • Conduct market research on property trends, competitive assets, and economic factors impacting real estate investments.
  • Track and analyze real estate industry trends, including occupancy rates and rental growth.


Portfolio & Asset Management Support

  • Help monitor and optimize asset performance by reviewing operational data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support property managers in implementing strategic initiatives to enhance property value.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate assets.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to assess tenant performance and leasing opportunities.


Key Qualification

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or coursework in real estate, financial analysis, or investment management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Familiarity with real estate metrics such as GFA, NLA, average rent, cap rates, and NOI.
