Retail Sales & Marketing Executive
Tailored Jewel is a luxury jewelry brand that combines craftsmanship with modern innovation. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our retail team in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in both sales and marketing within the fine jewelry industry.
This is a customer-facing position with a strong focus on retail sales and marketing execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement- Provide a personalized and professional shopping experience to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry, explaining diamond quality, customization options, and care.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales service.
- Handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support marketing campaigns, including promotions, collaborations, and brand communication.
- Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, including social media content, influencer partnerships, and email marketing.
- Coordinate and support event planning, such as wedding fairs, pop-ups, and in-store activations.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and in-store communication.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is highly preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willing to travel for work and training.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for luxury jewelry, fashion, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
