Are you a telecom industry expert with a passion for driving transformation? Altitude is partnering with a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting to find an experienced Principal Consultant to lead strategic initiatives in the telecommunications sector.
As a Principal Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop strategic, business-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in OSS/BSS transformation, AI-driven networks, Open RAN, Telco Cloud, and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consulting, innovation, and leadership, shaping the future of telecom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Telecom Strategies: Lead the development of strategic initiatives that align with business objectives, focusing on network transformation, operational efficiencies, and industry innovation.
- Drive Telecom Industry Transformation: Provide expertise in areas such as OSS/BSS transformation, AI-driven networks, Open RAN automation, and Telco Cloud, enabling clients to modernise and optimise operations.
- Consulting & Client Engagement: Deliver high-impact consulting solutions by translating complex industry challenges into actionable strategies, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Influence & Leadership: Engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive decision-making, manage expectations, and facilitate transformation initiatives.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide insights that shape the future of telecommunications.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive Experience within the Telecom industry, with a strong understanding of network operations, challenges, and emerging trends.
- Ability to develop and execute transformation strategies focused on business impact rather than just technical implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more key telecom areas, such as OSS/BSS, AI/Autonomous Networks, Network Operations, Open RAN, Telco Cloud, DevOps/CI-CD, eTOM, and ITIL.
- Proven track record in leading major transformation projects within telecommunications, improving operational efficiencies and customer experiences.
- Strong consulting acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and present complex concepts clearly.
