We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Kitchen Crew / Fryman to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking according to the training provided. Responsible for taking orders accurately and patiently, ensuring a high level of customer service. Operate kitchen equipment such as Grill, Fryer etc.
  • Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene
  • Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, etc
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • Always maintain cleanliness of kitchen and assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Assist in managing the operation of the kitchen
  • Ensure the food hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Basic food preparation skills
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
  • Possessed basic hygiene course certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain positive company morale and professional attitude.
  • Punctual and responsible.
  • Desire to constantly learn and grow professionally.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays, as needed.
  • Must always maintain personal hygiene.
