Your Mission:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll:
- Acquire and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate and maritime clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing customers’ needs and concerns and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal medical ops team and clients to develop tailored corporate healthcare solutions to meet their evolving needs, including upselling or cross-selling additional services, based on understanding of the client’s unique offerings
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and disciplined process of client relationship management
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, procurement, technology, finance, and HR to deliver commercial projects, from deployment planning to on-the-ground execution, building projected P&L for tenders, creating customized solutions, and drive business growth
- Support the analysis of selected account activities, the building and reviewing of B2B price book and other the sales cycle activities and improvements
- Attend key maritime industry events
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, or related role (healthcare sector or medical field preferred)
- Proven track record of driving business growth, developing successful commercial strategies, and building strong relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

- Knowledge of the Maritime sector and its health and safety regulations
