  • Guide and nurture young gymnasts with a positive and supportive approach to help them reach their full potential.
  • Implement and apply the academy’s proprietary coaching system for Rhythmic Gymnastics, including Warm-Up, Stretching, Feet Technique, Basic Apparatus Technique, Strength & Conditioning, and other core methodologies.
  • Develop individual and group choreography for assigned gymnasts in alignment with SG National Rules Directives and FIG Code of Points.
  • Refine technical elements such as Body Difficulties (BD), Apparatus Difficulties (AD), and Risks (R), as well as dance sequences in gymnasts’ routines.
  • Take accountability for assigned gymnast groups, ensuring their development and progression through training levels.
  • Pursue continuous professional development as a coach and judge by completing required courses mandated by the academy and SG Gymnastics Association. Be prepared to serve as a Coach and/or Judge during competitions as needed.
  • Support the Head Coach in preparing gymnasts for events, performances, and competitions across all levels and age groups.
  • Contribute creative ideas for choreography, music selection, and routine development, subject to Head Coach approval.
  • Assist the Head Coach during training sessions by providing technical and judging insights while adapting to gymnasts of various age groups and skill levels.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism in rhythmic gymnastics instruction while working closely with internal departments to achieve the academy’s objectives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents by providing appropriate updates through verbal communication, open classes, and coach reports.
  • Be flexible with work schedules and ready to cover for colleagues in case of emergencies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head Coach or the Company.
