If you are keen to uphold world-class grid reliability and drive a sustainable future for all, join us and make your mark in the energy industry today!What You'll Do: * Directs and monitors the general operations of the Electricity Service Centre (ESC), reporting to the Senior Operations Officer (SOO).
  • Activates and coordinates the supply restoration process for HV and LV faults and manages all complaints.
  • Prepares and broadcasts H+5min and H+1 electricity incident WhatsApp messages.
  • Reviews HV and LV fault reports submitted by standby officers/Service Teams and updates them in the NMACS.
  • Activates the Emergency Management Team (EMT) during major incidents (e.g., 66kV outages, gas supply interruptions, media queries, or damage to personnel and property) via SMS notifications.
  • Manages all materials and equipment stored in the ESC, ensuring sufficient stock to address faults.
  • Monitors all operational and communication systems in the ESC to ensure they are functional.
  • Handles customer calls.
  • Attends to LV underground cable and overhead line faults.
  • Assists HT and LV standby officers in fault investigations and supply restoration.
  • Records details of faults attended to, such as the type and nature of faults, time taken, customer address, meter numbers, etc.
  • Drives the company vehicle, maintains proper vehicle timesheet records, and ensures the general upkeep of the vehicle.
  • Performs any other duties related to the job scope.
  • Fulfils other authorities and responsibilities as documented in relevant procedures.
What You'll Need: * Diploma in Engineering from recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
  • Able to work 3-shift on rotation for 24/7 operation including public holiday
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good grasp of using Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
