The role of the Manager, Integrated Product Commercialization involves collaborating with Sales, Sales Engineering and Global Product teams to create a holistic view of Visa Acceptance Platform’s product offerings to create broader vision with specific use cases and business goals. With this perspective, the candidate should aim to uncover insights and new opportunities through focused data analysis and trend evaluation, informing strategic propositions that elevate Visa’s product portfolio and drive revenue outcomes
- Being the nexus of cross-functional stakeholders including Account Executive, Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Deal and Client Services teams to drive the growth of Visa Acceptance solutions.
- You will be a part of the client sales conversation and would be the second level of specialized salesperson for the solutions you oversee.
- Proactively engage in revenue targets and performance tracking for your managed solutions.
- Develop sales commercialization approach, programmatic frameworks and recommendations to address gaps that will provide impactful improvements in revenue acceleration, including but not limited to product enhancements, training programs, product/process enhancements and GTM plan.
- You will also be responsible to engage with teams outside of Visa Acceptance team, such as Product and Market Sales, who will be your internal customers as well as your sales channel.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant work experience in payments or technology fields
- A positive attitude and a passion for evangelising products to clients
- Strong planning, stakeholder management, and proactive communication skills
- An ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in managing client sales conversations
- Preferred: Knowledge of tokenization or having worked with similarly complex payment technology.
- Previous experience of working within heavily matrixed organizations, spread across different time zones and cultures is expected.
- A bachelor’s degree is required and Masters in Business Administration would be advantageous.
