Store Supervisor/ Assistant Manager (Luxury/ Fashion/ Retail/ Central Area or MBS)
• Location (Central Area or MBS)
• Working Hours: 5 Days work week (including 1 Weekends off)
• Salary: Basic Salary $3,500 to $4,500 + Attractive Comissions + AWS (commensurate with experience)
• Permanent Role
Responsibility:
- Oversee daily sales operations and meet store targets.
- Supervise, train and lead a team of sales associates and other boutique staff.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, offering product recommendations, and answering inquiries
- Stay updated on fashion trends and new collections, meet sales targets, upsell products, and promote special offers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive shopping environment.
- Complete administrative tasks like reporting, maintaining records, and tracking sales performance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min 5 year of retail sales experience, preferably at least 3 years experience in luxury retail environment experience will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Well grommed, professional, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of fashion trends, product features, and store offerings.
- Passion for providing excellent service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
- Able to start on short notice or immediately will be advantageous.
